Here at ACCC, children are highly valued members. They are the future, after all! We seek to provide programs for the youth that will further their relationship with the Lord and build them as people... and have some fun while we're at it!
We have a Kidz Church program for children kindergarten through 9th grade. This large program is split into two smaller ones - Team Jesus (Kindergarten through 5th grade) & Amplify (6th grade through 9th grade). Check out the Kidz Church page for more information on these groups.
ACCC also has a youth group, named 'Aftershock' for students in grades 6-12. This group meets, on average, once a month for a fun activity and devotional time.
2019 Christmas Program - "The Christmas County Spelling Bee"
This year the ACCC youth stepped into the world of news casting! The program was set up to be a "live" news coverage of the census, which developed into the birth of Christ! Some students were news reporters who interviewed various characters from the Christmas story, from the shepherds, Mary and Joseph, the innkeeper, to the Magi. There were even commercials ('The Magic Shovel', 'Crazy Al's', & 'Star Beam Laundry Soap')! The students provided all music, playing well-known hymns on a variety of instruments. They did an AMAZING job! Bravo!
Operation Christmas Child 2019 Update
The ACCC youth want to give a huge thanks to everyone who helped out with shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child this year- including donating money, items, and prayer. We were able to send out 100 boxes!
